For purchases made through we operate a no quibble returns policy, and if you return an item within 30 days of receipt we'll give you back the amount you paid for the item (see postage and packing cost terms) or offer an exchange, whichever you prefer, no questions asked, provided the item being returned is in the same condition as when it was sold to you, with all packaging intact. Our 30 day return period does not apply for sales goods: we’ll give you your money back if you cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods (and as long as you then return the goods to us within 14 days of your cancellation).

Sorry, but we're unable to offer exchanges on orders paid for via PayPal.

Earrings are non-refundable for hygiene reasons, unless they are actually faulty. With soaps, candles and anti-midge products, if the product has been used or the seal has been broken then it is non-refundable.

Just send the item back to us or return it to our shops with your receipt and, depending on your preferences and stock levels, we'll either exchange it or give you a full refund.

If you are sending your order back to us, please contact us for a simple returns form and printable address label.

When returning goods which you bought using a discount or offer, we will adjust the refund accordingly if you fall below the discount/offer threshold, as that discount or offer will no longer apply.

We do not offer free UK returns unless your item is faulty, and not at all for Sale and Clearance orders.

For international orders we regret that the buyer is liable for return postage.
